Welcome to Bayanihan Network ("Bayanihan SMP"). By accessing or using the Server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Server.

Engaging in harassment, bullying, or any form of abusive behavior.

Using cheats, hacks, or any other form of unauthorized software.

Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Advertising or promoting other servers or services without prior permission.

4.2 Respect for Others

Users must respect other players and staff members. Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language and behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Server, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bayanihan Network or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Privacy

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to the use of the Server will not exceed the total amount of donations you have made to the Server.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Philippines to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Server.
